Lebanese troops clashed with Palestinian guerrillas near the Lebanese-Syrian border Wednesday, security officials said. The clashes between Lebanese soldiers and guerrillas of the Fatah-Uprising group erupted about three kilometers from the Syrian border, the Lebanese officials said, speaking on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to speak to the media.
