Medical Official: Palestinian child killed close to Israel-Gaza border

Palestinian doctors say a young boy has been killed in the Gaza Strip on Sunday afternoon.
The officials say the boy was hit by shrapnel to his head and chest, however it's not clear whether he was killed by Israeli forces operating in the area or by Palestinian militants who may have misfired a mortar shell.
Doctors say a 16-year-old boy also was wounded.
