PA declares 3-day mourning period after death of PFLP founder

The Palestinian Authority declared a three-day mourning period Saturday after the death of PFLP founder George Habash.
PA President Mahmoud Abbas erected a tent in his Ramallah compound to receive mourners and ordered Palestinian flags to be lowered to half-mast in all PA institution buildings.
