PA voting kicks off without violence

Saturday morning's Palestinian Authority parliamentary vote has proceeded thus far without any incidents of violence. By midmorning, turnout was heavy. There were no reports of violence or fraud. "We have had no problems so far and it looks like it's a positive thing," said Hanna Nasser, head of the Palestinian election commission.
