Lebanese Shi'ite protestors blocked the road to Beirut's international airport on Tuesday morning. Shi'ite opposition supporters also blocked main roads in the Lebanese capital, by burning car tires and blocking the roads with their bodies. On Monday evening Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah called on Lebanese citizens to renew strikes against Fuad Saniora's government, saying that if the government remained in power, the Lebanese economic system would collapse.
