According to a statement by Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei on Monday, PA security forces thwarted over 40 terror attacks against Israeli targets during the month of October. In his statement, Qurei also praised recently-elected Labor Party head Amir Peretz for his recent call to renew Israel-Palestinian negotiations, Israel Radio reported.
