Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salaam Fayad mistakenly paid salaries to some 3,500 Hamas "Executive Force" members in Gaza, the Palestinian news agency Ma'an reported Wednesday. Ma'an quoted a Ramallah source as saying that the money went to the Hamas activists instead of unpaid Fatah-appointed civil servants.
