The independent Palestinian news agency Ma'an published a pamphlet Monday saying that seven Palestinian terror organizations, including Hamas and Islamic Jihad, would begin cooperating towards their goal of carrying out terror attacks in Israel and against Israeli targets. According to Israel Radio, the organization's umbrella authority, the "Military Work Wing", would claim responsibility for future attacks.
