Report: Top Hamas official not obeying Mashaal

The Saudi newspaper Al Watan reported on Sunday that Ahmad Jabri, the deputy leader of Hamas's armed wing in the Gaza Strip, is no longer obeying orders from the group's leaders, including Damascus-based Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal, Israel Radio reported. According to the report, el Jabri is backed by several of the organization's other leaders, including former ministers Mahmoud Zahar and Said Sayam.
