US and Iraqi troops detained two suspected militants in a raid in Baghdad's main Shi'ite district, the military said Sunday. Ground forces met resistance during the raid in Sadr City but the enemy fire was suppressed by airstrikes, which lightly damaged one building but caused no casualties, according to a brief statement. The military provided no further details about the raid or those detained.
