Rice arrives in Ramallah for talks with PA leaders

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived in Ramallah on Friday afternoon for talks with Palestinian leaders on the fate of Israeli-Palestinian peace talks.
Rice and other leading Mideast mediators will meet Sunday in Egypt to hear from Israelis and Palestinians. However, Rice said negotiators won't go into substance.
After meeting Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni on Thursday in Herzliya, the US secretary of state said that a year-end target date for an agreement was no longer realistic.
