US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will arrive in Saudi Arabia on Sunday for a Middle East tour in which she will meet with Arab and Israeli leaders. Rice will travel to Jerusalem for meetings with Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni after meeting with Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak in Cairo and Arab foreign ministers on Tuesday. Rice will also meet with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
