Lebanese Prime Minister, Fuad Saniora, said at a conference of donor states in Stockholm on Thursday that if Israel doesn't withdraw from the lands that it occupied in southern Lebanon, the rehabilitation of that area will be hindered. At the conference, Saniora also repeated his demand that Israel remove its air and naval blockade. Responding to reports that foreign aid to Lebanon is in part being delivered to Hizbullah, Saniora called such reports "falsehoods."
