Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Saniora criticized the contents of the Winograd report saying that it does not mention the "heavy damage" Israel caused his country during last summer's war, Israel Radio reported Wednesday.
According to Saniora, if Israel wishes to secure its populace, the country must make peace with the Arab people, and not fight them.
