Two American troops have been killed in fighting in the western Anbar province of Iraq, and another died from wounds sustained in Baghdad, the US command said Wednesday. The soldier in Baghdad died at about noon after being wounded when his patrol came under small-arms fire, the military said. Of those killed in Anbar, one was a soldier with the 1st Brigade, 1st Armored Division, who was killed in fighting on Monday, the military said. The other, a Marine assigned to Regimental Combat Team 7, also died Monday in fighting in Anbar.
