A US soldier was killed and three others were wounded Saturday by a roadside bomb in Baghdad, the US military said. The soldier was attached to Multi-National Division-Baghdad and died during a raid meant to disrupt insurgent and militia elements in the capital, the military said in a brief statement. The soldier's name was not released pending notification of relatives. The latest death raised to 3,814 members of the US military who have died since the beginning of the Iraq war in March 2003, according to an Associated Press count.
