Danya Cebus Ltd., the construction unit of Lev Leviev's Africa Israel holding company, will do the contracting and engineering work for a 6,200-unit residential unit project in Odintsovo, a Moscow suburb. It will earn $180m. on the project.
The 650,000-square meter project will be built in two stages; the first of which will include 3,200 apartments, totalling some 350,000 square meters, in three separate complexes. The project is expected to take at least three years to complete.
