With the completion of the final qualifying day of the International Pairs Golf Competition at the Gaash Golf Club, all eyes are set on the last 24 teams to tee off in Tuesday's final. To determine that every player will be playing under identical conditions, there will be a shot-gun start. The winning pair will represent Israel in the prestigious International Pairs Competition to be held in Wales this August. In Thursday's round, Roni Wiggler and Yoni Yitzchak had 43 Stableford points, followed by Gary Lourie and Avinoam Ben-David on 41 points. Five more teams - A. Farkash & T. Gilad; T. Gilon & A. Gresario; Z. Meshi & N. Yaron; I. Mendelsohn & Y. Shponder; and Y. Harrari & I. Edelman - scored 37 points each.
