A superb Menachem Sher performance saw Superboyz defeat Derech 4-3 in the Moshiko Soccer League at the weekend. Sher's courageous defending and perfect passing provided the platform for deadly strike force Yakov Tuch and Daniel Ackerman to claim two goals each. Despite Dani Kon's fabulous hat-trick, and while boasting the quality of players like Jonny Abda and Avi Levy, Derech failed to take anything from the game and surprisingly sit bottom with no points. Amitai Pivko scored all the goals as Moshiko claimed top spot in Group C in their 3-0 win, handing Phishpo their first defeat of the season. Also, Cafe Ne'eman fought hard to overcome Josh Zneimer's Iskit Plus 4-2. Lior Deri claimed 3 and Alon Revach 1 cancelling out a powerful Zneimer drive and a fine finish from Rafi Smith. And FC London recorded their first win of the season with an impressive 6-0 victory over Ben Maimon. Eli Borden, back from injury, commanding the defence and Ari Friefeld's dazzling runs helped Menachem Neuman claim 3, Avi Grayeff 2 and Jo Borden 1. League veteran Gedalia Aurbach's sensational 4 goals gave Brad's Boykies a much needed win in their 7-1 triumph over White House. Ushi Grossnass' stunning volley had given White House the lead, but the Africans typically battled back with Gary Michaelson and Leib Ziskin's outstanding drive completing the rout. Brunch Bagel's impressive form continued as they saw off Doggstyle 7-0 with 3 goals from Shlomo Samson, 2 from Shaul Tam and one from Moshe Lipschits. Free scoring Red Bull Vienna continued their relentless march at the top of Group A, this time at the expense of Giblets. Top scorer Yitzi Grunhut scored 4, man-of -the-match Benji Weissbraun 3 and Moshe Lewis 2. Travelspec.com beat Yesod United 3-1 with goals from Alex Nadler, Saul Clarke and Michael Oster, while Yishai Pearlman's incredible brace and goals from Yoni Schimmel, Yanki Baddiel and Mikey Mendleson saw U.K.I defeat Peninat Har Nof 5-0.
