Daniel Fox of Ra'anana and Netanya's Inon Zadok took home first place trophies from the annual Hol Hamoed Pessah Better-Ball Stableford Tournament at Ga'ash Golf Club on Friday. Fox, 14, and Zadok, 13, scored a 43 in difficult, windy conditions, to beat out golf club veterans Norma and Cyril Kaufman (41) and 58 other competitors. Fox also won a nearest-to-the-pin prize, getting to within 1.58 meters of the par-3, 120-meter hole No. 4, as did Steve Taylor, who was 4.29m from the pin on the par-3, 160m hole No. 9. The Ga'ash Golf Club also honored Yoni Yitzhak, who recorded a hole in one on No. 9 last Sunday.
