Nearly 60 golfers take part in the November Monthly Medal held at the Ga’ash Golf Club.

Nearly 60 golfers took part in the November Monthly Medal held at the Ga’ash Golf Club on Tuesday. The conditions for golf were perfect despite early morning rain.

Gidon Hoch goes out in 35 with 5 pars, 2 birdies, 2 bogeys and back nine in 35 with 5 pars, 2 birdies, 2 bogeys for an even par round of 70, giving him best gross score of the day.

Meir Dor takes the A Division title two months in a row with a net 66 followed by Assaf Lengy.

The B division was won by Adrienne Biberstein with Moolie Avishar coming in second.

Yossie Roll also wins twice in a row, claiming the C division with a net 66 on the count back calculation with Tzvika Hershkowitz who was also on net 66.

Nearest to the pin prizes, sponsored by Greenfield restaurant at the Ga’ash Golf Club, went to Norma Kaufman and Nachum Verbin.

A strong team of golfers from the Ga’ash Golf Club will be meeting a team from Caesarea in the annual Home & Home tournament where the two clubs meet in a Ryder cup style tournament.
