Inbal Pezaro claimed her second medal of the Beijing Paralympics on Tuesday, finishing second in the 200 meters freestyle S5 competition. The 21-year-old, who won a silver medal in 100m free on Sunday, clocked a time of 2:49.51 minutes and once more was only beaten by Teresa Maria Perales. Also on Tuesday, Israel's wheelchair basketball team won its second straight game, defeating Brazil 73-60. Lior Dror scored 26 points for Israel, which plays Australia on Wednesday. Thanks to the victory over Brazil, the Israeli squad is on the brink of qualification for the quarterfinals. Elsewhere for Israel, in the wheelchair singles tennis tournament, Shraga Weinberg advanced to the quarterfinals, defeating Jamie Burdekin of Great Britain 6-2, 6-4.
