Anda Ramat Hasharon had a convincing 87-75 win over visiting Parma Thursday night to advance to the quarterfinals of the FIBA EuroCup women's competition. The team, which is now undefeated in all competitions this season over 24 matches, will face Lisa Leslie and Spartak Moscow in the next stage. With an 86-61 advantage from the first leg, the Israelis had a huge cushion in the two-legged fixture. Playing sound basketball, Ramat Hasharon held a 31-23 lead at the end of the first period, but Parma reduced its deficit to three (47-44) at the half. The hosts responded after the break by outscoring Parma in both the third and fourth quarters. A balanced Israeli effort was highlighted by Cheryl Ford and Deanna Nolan.
