Traveldeal brought Emunah's Hakotel winning streak to an end in a close 2-0 victory in the Moshiko Soccer League last weekend. Josh Portnoy and Cheski Steinheart produced a commanding display in Traveldeal's defense, with a powerful Yish Pearlman penalty and superb solo goal giving Traveldeal a 2-0 lead. A late burst of inspiration gave Emunah some hope but Portnoy & Steinheart's performance granted Traveldeal all three points. Cafe Rimon produced a superb team performance in their 2-1 victory over FC London. Jonny Danan was excellent in defence while the incredible Ari Kenig netted Rimon's goals. Jewventus sent a warning out to the rest of the league with an outstanding display defeating Goldfus Insurance 4-1. Rafi Sofer put Goldfus ahead but man-of-the-match Josh Zneimer scored a hat-trick and Gavin Potash also scored securing a Jewventus victory. Goldenballs and Coronation Street shared the spoils in an exciting encounter. A new and improved Goldenballs led 1-0 after good finishing from the impressive Alister Lachman. But as Goldenballs thought they had clinched victory, Coronation's Rafi Smith equalised with the last kick of the game. Menucha Vesimcha recorded a fine win with a 11-1 defeat of LT Santacruz. The highly impressive Korney scored 6, Dovi Matsner 3 and Betzalel Rine & Chaim Strom one each. Also last weekend, it was; Big Apple Pizza 3, Halo Teiman 1: UKI 2, Yesod 1: SA Seniors 2, Shnitzel Bruvz 0: Traveldeal 1, JLE 1: Emunah's Hakotel 1, Moshiko 0.
