Rafael Nadal and Bartolome Salva-Vidal ended Andy Ram and Yoni Erlich's run at the Open Seat Godo by defeating the Israeli duo 6-4, 6-4 in their semifinal in Barcelona on Saturday.
A single break of serve in each set was enough for the wildcard Spaniards to get the better of the third seeded Israelis, who only reached two break points during the entire match.
Nadal and Salva-Vidal got the first break of the match in the fifth game of the first set and comfortably wrapped up the set by holding their serve to love in the 10th game.
The second set was a carbon copy of the first, with the Spaniards once more breaking in the fifth game and completing the victory with an easy service game.
