Annual plan to set out Israel's national spending for a defined period
The numbers clearly show that the budget for security has been on the decline since the 1970's as other ministries are slowly catching up.
"I don't know where we are heading. This uncertainty makes it difficult to plan for tomorrow," Shawwa said during a visit to neighboring Jordan.
“The government must point to a budgetary source for this and it will only come from reducing government activity,” Wattad warned.
"Budget cuts means cuts in personnel and damage to academic research. The cuts will strengthen brain drain across the sea and equally important, will harm the students."
