This Yom Ha'atzmaut check out some of the hottest street parties and live performances in the central region.
Traditional rock concert
The traditional Yom Ha'atzmaut rock concert will be taking place on Monday evening in the Rishon Lezion Ampitheater. Some of the bands that will be performing include Hadag Nahash, HaYehudim, Elisha Banai, Monica Sex, Aviv Geffen, Yoni Bloch and Efrat Gosh, Eyal Even Tzur, Electra and more.
Monday May 9, 11:00 p.m. at Amphitheater Park in Rishon Lezion. Price: NIS 139-149.
Florentine fun for all
The traditional Independence Day party in the Florentine will be held legally this year and will be sponsored by bars in the area in conjunction with the municipality. Revelers can expect great performances and lots of alcohol.

Pool party with a pop legend
Barry Sakharov will appear at a pool people at the College of Management Student Association in Rishon Lezion. DJ Asia will be in charge of the decks while sushi and noodles will be distributed for free. Partygoers are reminded, of course, to bring their bathing suits.

Ramat Gan goes pop crazy
A number of top Israeli performers will be gracing the stage in Ramat Gan with a packed evening full of classic pop music. Artists include Eyal Golan, Idan Raichel, Mush Ben-Ari, Verdina Cohen, Ronny Super Star and more.
Monday May 9, Ramat Gan National Park, 8:30 p.m. Price: Free admission.
Daytime street party
Keep the party going during the day too with a street party right in the center of the city. Cohen @ Mushon will perform on Ibn Gvirol Street in Tel Aviv. Appearing on stage will be D.J Balkadan. Lots of meat, Arak and sun are on the menu.
