The independent Choreographers Association is taking Curtain Up to Eilat from January 13-15.
Works to be performed include Michal Herman's Hunger, a dance about greed for life; Mirror, Mirror by Ronit Ziv that asks if we are who we think we are; Animus by Aviv Ivgi about a threesome; Odelia Kupferberg's intriguing From Three Comes One that questions assumptions; and Maya Levi's Sun Shelter that asserts the right to difference (all on the 13th).
On the 15th, Dede from De-De Dance talks about the body in space and Come Feel from Sahar Azimi addresses vulnerability. Noa Dar provides Children's Games, a multimedia treat for the whole family (January 14). Omanut L'am, Mifal Hapayis and the Eilat municipality are among those sponsoring the event.
