An Israeli film student in Tel Aviv University will have her short film featured at this year's Cannes Film Festival. Hadar Morag's 18-minute work, Silence, was produced with the assistance of the Rabinowitz fund's "Film Project." The plot centers around the relationship between a 45-year-old man and a 12-year-old girl.
