Tired and sweaty feet can use a nice treat during the summer months, and mine were happy to receive a massage with Roots Aromatic Foot Cream. The cream was not too sticky, absorbed quickly and left my feet feeling fresh and clean. To treat very dry and cracked skin, however, you might want to use something a little more nourishing. The foot cream, with peppermint and arnica extracts, and aromatic oils of lavender, geranium and ylang ylang, comes in a nice size 350-ml. bottle for NIS 45.
Dior's Capture Sculpt 10 is a series of products that claim to counter signs of aging and firm skin that is losing its elasticity. A fifty-something friend who tried the Lifting Firming Fluid loved it; the cream smelled great, was absorbed very quickly and left her skin feeling smooth. The price is somewhat inhibiting, though - a 50-ml. bottle is NIS 440. In addition to the face cream and fluid, Capture Sculpt 10 offers a cream for the chin and throat (NIS 302) and for the cheeks and lips area (NIS 270).

The lipstick has two sides - one for the lipstick, one for the matching gloss that gives a nice shine and moisturizes your lips at the same time. The brownish-red Always Sienna lipstick and Amber Dazzle gloss I put on in the morning survived the day with flying colors, and was still visible that evening. Colorstay Overtime is also available in a sheer version and in six different shades; the price, NIS 102, is a little high for a lipstick, but if you don't have to continuously re-apply, it's worth it.
More and more cosmetics for men are available these days, and Forever Young Men by Christina is one of the latest lines. My husband, who usually just washes his face with a bar of soap, reluctantly agreed to try the Extra Action Scrub, a slightly exfoliating scrub. To his surprise, the scrub was quite nice, and he felt it cleaned his face more thoroughly than regular soap; the smell was pleasant, not too overbearing. A 75-ml. tube, available through selected beauticians, is NIS 90; Forever Young Men also has an aftershave gel and a moisture cream.
I personally am a fan of DKNY's Be Delicious eau de toilette, so I was happy to receive the Be Delicious version for men, a less sweet, more masculine version of the women's fragrance. Like the women's version, the eau do toilette has a wonderful fruity aroma and comes in an apple-shaped bottle in honor of New York City, the Big Apple. A 50-ml. bottle of DKNY Be Delicious Men is NIS 260; 100 ml. is NIS 380.
Shiseido's Body Creator is an aromatic firming cream that promises to slim, firm and smooth the skin around your hips and thighs, while its fragrance promises to inspire "feelings of optimism." The cream feels cool on the skin at first, then warm, perhaps a sign that something is working. The aroma is very pleasant and invigorating, but I don't know if it made me feel more optimistic. For best results, you should apply the cream more than once a day; your wallet will feel the slimming effects as well - a 200-ml. jar is NIS 349.
