It looks like large companies are still excited about classic Israeli culture - not to mention good, old-fashioned values like charity. Several large corporate entities have bought up thousands of tickets to the upcoming tribute concert in honor of veteran music icon Arik Einstein's 70th birthday, according to a press release put out last week. The proceeds from the show, which takes place in Tel Aviv's Yarkon Park this Thursday, are going to the Laga'at Ba'ofek (Touching the Horizon) educational center for at-risk youth. Bezek, the Ha'aretz group, Teldor, Discount Bank and Bank Leumi are among the companies buying seats to the concert, titled "You and Me in the Park." Tzipi Koren, CEO of the Yisrael Hayom newspaper - which has also bought tickets - said the move was in keeping with her company's aim of advancing social values while supporting Israeli culture.
