A dispute erupted between two families in the Kababir neighborhood of Haifa Monday. Haifa police have arrested two men suspected of striking a 48-year-old in the head during the fracas.
The suspects, ages 27 and 23, will be brought to court Wednesday to set the terms of their remands.
