2 repair technicians killed after falling from roofs

A repairman was killed on Tuesday when he fell through the roof of a school he was repairing in Pardes Hanna.

The man, 45, was working on scheduled repairs on the building while school is out of session for summer. While he was at work, the section of the roof he was standing on apparently collapsed, causing him to plummet ten meters to his death.

Earlier in the day, two technicians repairing the antenna of a Kfar Saba police station fell from the roof after the antenna broke. One of the men was brought to an area hospital, but the other man died on the spot from the injuries he sustained in the fall.
