30-year-old killed in chain car accident near Makr junction

A 30-year-old man was killed in a chain car accident which occurred on Tuesday evening at a junction near Makr, in the Galilee.
Apparently, the incident began when one man was lightly injured in a car accident at the same spot. As an emergency response team was treating him, a man who was walking by stopped to survey the accident and was run over.
Attempts to resuscitate him failed, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
