'7 Afghani soldiers held after crossing Iranian border'

The Iranian authorities have arrested seven Afghani soldiers, six of them reportedly officers, who accidentally crossed the Afghani-Iranian border while hunting for Taliban insurgents, AFP reported on Sunday.
The local Iranian police commander claimed that the soldiers were arrested 50 meters into Iranian territory.
"A heavy dust storm started as [the captured Afghans] were on patrol, an Afghani police spokesman from the border province of Farah told AFP.
Afghani authorities expect the soldiers to be returned by Iran on Monday.
