Anti-Infiltration Bill passes Knesset 67-8

The Bill to Prevent Infiltration, a central tenet of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s new policy on illegal immigration, passed its second and third (final) readings in the Knesset late Monday night in a 67-8 vote.
The legislation allows the state to deport some illegal immigrants, and also hold in custody for more than three years without a trial the immigrants it cannot deport.
