Car of religious high school principal torched in Ramle

A car belonging to a religious Jewish high school principal was torched in Ramle on Sunday evening.
Friends of the principal said members of the national-religious camp who live in Ramle have suffered from recent attacks by Arab neighbors, adding that the latest arson incident was nationalistically motivated.
A police spokeswoman told The Jerusalem Post that an adult and a minor were arrested on Monday over the attack, but said it was too soon to discuss a motive. "We are examining the motive," she said.
The incident took place in the city's Agash neighborhood. Residents of the national-religious community in the city released a statement saying they will "not be deterred by Arab rioters and we will continue to strengthen Ramle's Jewish residents."
