Civil administration inspectors, accompanied by security forces, managed to enter the West Bank settlement of Kedumim on Sunday morning, having failed to do so on Thursday and Friday. The inspectors, who were trying to deliver construction-halt edicts, entered the settlement via a neighboring Palestinian village. On the previous attempts, settlers had blocked the inspectors from entering at Kedumim's main gate.
