Clinton: Iran seems to discuss nuclear issue first

WASHINGTON - US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told reporters on Friday that Iran's response to major powers appears to acknowledge and accept that any talks must begin with a discussion of the Iranian nuclear program.
Clinton also said if talks resume, the major powers -Britain, China, France, Germany, Russia and the United States - must be assured Iran will come to the table ready to talk until it comes into compliance with its international obligations.
