Company for Location and Restitution of Holocaust Victims Assets increases aid to needy survivors for Hanukka

In order to mark Hanukka, the Company for Location and Restitution of Holocaust Victims Assets has decided to increase the amount of the monthly food vouchers it provides to needy Holocaust Survivors from NIS 200 to NIS 500 for the month of December.

The operation will cost NIS 5.5 million instead of NIS 2 million.

Each year, the organization provides aid in the amount of some NIS 100 million to some 11,100 needy Holocaust survivors across the country. Beyond the vouchers to purchase food in supermarket chains, the aid includes financial grants and money for medicine.
