Comptroller report clears Barak of allegations, says lawyer

Navot Tel-Tsur, the lawyer who represented Defense Minister Ehud Barak before State Comtproller Micha Lindenstrauss, said on Wednesday that the comptroller@@@s report clears Barak of any allegations that he received unauthorized funds from unknown sources during his term at the Defense Ministry.
Tel-Tsur told Israel Radio there was no hint of corruption or improper conduct in the investigation into Barak, and so there is no basis for the allegations.
According to Tel-Tsur, the transfer of Barak@@@s consulting firm to his daughters was the appropriate step he took in the short time that was available to him before his appointment.
