Democrats to reinstate Jerusalem clause

Democrats will reinstate language referring to Jerusalem as the capital of Israel in their 2012 platform, NBC first reported and Politico confirmed on Wednesday.
The language on Jerusalem appeared in the 2008 and 2004 platforms, and its exclusion from the newest version caused the party a political migraine, putting it on the defensive about its pro-Israel credentials.
