Diplomat: Yemen's Saleh lightly wounded in palace attack

Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh was slightly wounded in an attack on his palace on Friday, a Yemen-based Western diplomat told Reuters.
The prime minister, his deputy, the parliament speaker and a number of other aides were also wounded in the attack, blamed by the government on tribesmen led by the al-Ahmar family, which has backed protests to oust Saleh, he said. Four guards were reported killed.
