Dozens more doctors at Haifa's Rambam go on strike

Dozens more doctors at Haifa's Rambam Medical Center went on strike Wednesdays, joining dozens that walked out Tuesday in solidarity with medical residents in the midst of a labor dispute with the Health and Finance Ministries, Israel Radio reported.

Doctors at Tel Aviv's Sorosky Medical Center also announced that they would strike if senior doctors and specialists who tendered their resignations Tuesday were fired or dismissed them from their positions before the 30 day resignations take effect.
