Dressed as doctors, Russian special forces foil hijacking

After a man briefly hijacked a plane on the ground in Moscow Thursday, Russian special forces dressed as doctors were allowed onto the plane, and seized the hijacker.
Domodedovo Airport spokeswoman Yelena Galanova tells The Associated Press that the plane had arrived from the southern city of Mineralniye Vody. A man on board held the crew and 105 passengers hostage on the tarmac for 2 hours after landing.
Tatyana Trunova, a spokeswoman for transport police, said in televised comments that the hijacker agreed to allow several passengers medical attention, and that the plane was freed when police disguised as doctors seized him.
