Egypt court jails two policemen over activist death

CAIRO - An Egyptian court on Wednesday jailed two policemen for seven years each over the killing of an Egyptian democracy activist that helped kindle the popular revolt against Hosni Mubarak, a court source said.
Khaled Said, 28, was beaten to death by two officers in June 2010, activists say. A Facebook site was set up in his name, "We are all Khaled Said", which played an important role in galavanizing protests that toppled Mubarak in February.
