Egyptian officials: Mubarak hospitalized in Sharm el-Sheikh

Former president Hosni Mubarak on Tuesday was hospitalized in Sharm el-Sheikh, AP reported quoting Egyptian security and health officials.
The 82-year-old former leader was ousted from power on February 11 after a wave of protests against his rule. Toward the end of his rule, he was suffering from several health problems and had surgery on his gallbladder, according to AP.
Mubarak was summoned by investigators for the first time on Tuesday after allegations that he was linked to corruption and violence against protesters.
