Egypt's envoy to US: We will honor peace treaty with Israel

Egyptian Ambassador to the United States Sameh Shoukry said that Egypt intends on honoring all treaty obligations and international commitments including the peace treaty with Israel. Shoukry's comments came in an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer aired Saturday.
"Egypt is a country of institutions and it honors its commitments, its legal obligations that have been honored, and will continue to be honored," said Shoukry.
