International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Mohamed ElBaradei said that under certain conditions he would be willing to consider running for the Egyptian presidency. In a Saturday interview on CNN, ElBaradei said that Egypt "needs a change politically, economically, socially." When asked if he would be willing to run for president, ElBaradei answered, "I will only consider that if -- if there is built-in guarantees there is a fair and... free election."
