Flooding in southwest England kills at least two

Heavy rain and strong winds pounded the southwestern part of England on Saturday and Sunday, triggering wide-spread flooding.
The storm has killed at least two people, including a 21-year-old woman on Saturday. Police say she was sheltering in a tent here in the town of Exeter when this tree came down, trapping her underneath.
The rising waters have washed out roads and railways tracks. The tempest has left thousands of people without power, prompting British Prime Minister David Cameron to promise help from the government.
Forecasters warn the southwest can expect more wind and rain over the next few days.
